We are very lucky to work with some great food trucks here in Richmond, with new trucks popping up often. One of the things we’ve learned from talking to these business owners is that keeping the bills paid during the winter months or making ends meet when jobs are rained out or cancelled can be a real challenge – some businesses don’t make it to the other side.
One way these businesses can create some financial stability is by developing multiple revenue streams – other ways of making money! These can be anything from creating products for retail sale to offering cooking classes. In the first few years of business, it’s important to exhaust every possibility for making money and building the brand to ensure a long future.
This workshop, at Ellwood Thompson’s this upcoming Thursday, March 20, addresses this very issue and brings in real-world case studies and experts – including financial expert Dan Steiner, lawyer Justin Laughter, and Ellwood Thompson’s buyer Tommy Langford. GrowRVA vendors are especially encouraged to attend. Find new ways to make money for your business while growing your brand!
Here’s some coverage on the workshop from the Richmond Time Dispatch.
