Let’s get right down to it. It’s a busy time of year with parties and soirees booking up almost every single weekend between now and the end of 2013. Between hostess gifts, Hanukkah, Secret Santas, and those poor saps whose birthdays happen during the last two months of the year, there are plenty of times when you’re going to need the perfect something, and we’ve got over 100 vendors who have exactly that.
We’ve broken these up into categories for maximum convenience – For Her, For Him, For the Kiddos, For the Family, and For the Critters. If you must give a gift to someone who doesn’t fall in one of those categories, here’s what I’ve got for you: Yoder’s Donuts.
For Her
Whether you’re shopping for the best party host in the hood, your wife, your daughter, or your mom, the market has what you need. Jewelry, food, and wreaths are the no-brainers in this category. Hearty plants like succulents, scented (or hypoallergenic) lotions and soaps, and handmade aprons make smart, thoughtful gifts under $20. There are so many options, we had to create sub-categories!

Small Business Saturday is November 30, but any day is a good day to support small businesses. A gift of a CSA share from your favorite farm is a thoughtful way to make the commitment to buy local at a time when it really matters. Plan your holiday meals around the great fall/winter produce available at the market – hearty greens, sweet potatoes, and squash, broccoli and brussel sprouts, plus ethically-produced meat, eggs, and dairy – ingredients at the peak of their season.
Happy Holidays – Let’s get shopping!
Thanks for including my Arrow Necklace in the Holiday Shopping Guide!
